Episode 3 scene 6

Background: A painted image of a dark and bare basement in brown tones. Basement windows provide the only light. A set of wooden stairs lead up to the main floor of the house. Joseph's Foster Father stands on the top step.

At the lower level, to the left stands Joseph. His head is lowered with his eyes are closed and there is a look of worry is on his face.

He thinks to himself:
